Ashland is a warm and inviting place; there is a beautiful spirit brought by the kind and generous souls that form this community. When visiting us, feel free to participate in as much or as little as it makes you comfortable. You can join us by worshiping with us Sundays at 10:30 am or by joining in one of our many mission projects.
All are welcome!
No matter where you are on your life journey, you are welcome here. Bring your true self, your uniqueness and your spiritual questions. Come and experience the gifts of God’s unconditional love and acceptance in a community where you matter. Ashland is a church where egalitarian leadership is the standard. You will find a place regardless of your gender, race, class, age, or sexual orientation.

What can I expect when visiting?
Ashland is a loving community of people passionate about their faith in service to God and one another. You will find joyful, inspiring, and heartfelt music through traditional organ and choir, as well as a worship band that leads us in ancient and modern music alike. Sermons are thought-provoking that incorporate scripture into everyday life. Modern multimedia tools and traditional worship elements allow for a full-body faith experience. Children are always welcome in worship and can find activity books in the back. Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of every month, and the Lord’s Table is welcome to all who wish to receive.
What should I wear?
At Ashland, you will find people wearing what they are most comfortable with when worshiping God. Some arrive in their “Sunday best” and others in blue jeans. The important thing is that you are welcome here, wear what makes you comfortable.
Where do I go when I arrive?
When you arrive for worship, you may enter through the red doors, where you will be greeted by an usher. Restrooms can be found out the sanctuary door taking a left at the end of the hallway. If you arrive early and the worship team or choir is still practicing, not to worry; come on in! When you arrive for Christian Education, please enter through the double doors under the portico, and we will direct you to the appropriate room. For those needing handicapped accessibility to the sanctuary, simply enter through the side doors under the portico. Our restrooms are handicap accessible, as is our sanctuary.
