 Thy Kingdom Come

APC Youth Group

We are the APC Youth Group: a community of students and adults committed to helping each other grow in faith.

Our gatherings are always a safe environment for questions, doubts, prayers, tears, and laughter and we understand that all of our life experiences affect our connection to God.  Sometimes we struggle with our faith, and we recognize that not as a problem but as a part of our journey with God.

We praise God for bringing us together and pray that he will open our hears to him when we leave our meetings.  As adolescents and teenagers we acknowledge that life can sometimes appear to be out of control but we work to trust that God is everywhere.  As adults we can somethimes find it challenging to connect with youth about Christ, but we trust that God is working through and in us.

Knowing this we long to become disciples, hearing and seeing God through play and prayer and communicating his word to the world.

God, give us the courage to grow up responsibly.
God, hear our prayer.
God, give us gratitude for all your teachings.
God, hear our prayer.
God, we give thanks for our families and the lessons they teach us.
God, hear our prayer.
God, we give thanks for our friends; help us to be good friends.
God, hear our prayer.
God, let us make the right decision when we feel pressured.
God, hear our prayer.
God, let us use our creativity and energy to help others.
God, hear our prayer.

Here are some great resources for you... Let me know what you think!
