Pastoral Search For the past two years Ashland has been in a time of transformation and transition. Now, with the guidance of Pastor Van Utt, we are beginning our search for a new pastor. The Session has completed and submitted the Mission Report to the Presbytery Committee on Ministry. (See the link on the left menu.) When you read the report, you will find that it builds on much of the transformation and mission activity that the chuch has been engaged in over the past several years. On May 23, Pentecost Sunday, at a called meeting of the congregation, the following members were elected and commissioned to serve on the Pastor Nominating Committee: Sarah Beckwith, Rene Florendo, Bob Hensley, Will Nassau, Jacquie Sasser, Carla Ulgen, and Carol Walter. This is a dedicated, spiritually grounded team, and broadly representative of the congregation. Individually, they have each served the church well in a variety of capacities over the years. On December 1, 2010, the Church Information Form was officially posted with the PCUSA Church Leadership Connection.
